We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team in Athens and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our clients. 

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in analyzing business needs, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and business success through Salesforce. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to meet client business needs. 
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and offer strategic guidance, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business objectives. 
  • Design and configure custom workflows, automation processes, validation rules, and custom objects, continuously enhancing system efficiency. 
  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and automation. 
  • Provide mentorship to junior consultants and development teams, offering expertise in Salesforce development, configurations, and troubleshooting. 
  • Identify and resolve complex Salesforce issues, ensuring continuous optimization and system performance. 
  • Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation to facilitate effective adoption and long-term system usability. 
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery, participating in planning, estimations, and risk assessments. 
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support business decision-making. 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or implementation roles. 
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant) are highly preferred. 
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party system connections within Salesforce. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and data management techniques. 
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and effectively communicate with stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
