We are currently looking for a Senior Energy Markets & B2B Commercial Analyst to join our B2B team as part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division based in Paiania.
By joining this role, you will support the development of profitable energy solutions through market analysis, financial modeling, and close collaboration with Sales teams. You will help drive data-driven decisions, optimize customer offerings, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Your roll will encompass:
Working closely with the Sales team to support the development of profitable new customer deals through technical and financial analysis
Performing cost analyses for major customers (load profiles, pricing structures, comparative plan analyses)
Monitoring the Wholesale Electricity Market (market prices, uplift costs, etc.)
Monitoring competition (cost structures, pricing, market shares, load characteristics, customer base)
Conducting cost–benefit analyses for photovoltaic and energy storage installations
Developing and implementing P&L analyses for major customers using Power BI
Developing and structuring new energy products and pricing models, aligned with customer needs and prevailing energy market conditions
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field
A Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant field will be considered a plus
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector
Good knowledge of energy markets
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with data tools
Knowledge of a programming language (Python, SQL, etc.) will be considered an advantage
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
priorities and deliver results in a structured manner
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative mindset and proven effectiveness in cross-functional team environment
