About the job

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Coordinator to join our Circular Metals team, based in Sindos, Greece.

 

By joining this role, you’ll play a critical role in supporting business management, executive reporting, and governance activities, ensuring leadership teams have access to clear, timely, and decision-oriented information to drive business performance and strategic execution.

 

Your role will encompass:

• Preparing and coordinating recurring executive presentations, leadership reports, and governance materials for BU leadership and EXCOM.
• Translating complex business, project, and operational information into concise, structured, and impactful management communications.
• Supporting the preparation of strategic updates, business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Managing ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from senior leadership, ensuring high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Coordinating inputs from Finance, PMO, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to create aligned and accurate management materials.
• Supporting the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of internal business processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Maintaining reporting calendars, governance timelines, and submission schedules to ensure timely delivery of key management information.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all executive reporting and presentation materials.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting effectiveness, information flow, and decision-making processes.
• Supporting leadership teams with business insights, data synthesis, and preparation for key governance forums.
• Maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across functions to facilitate information gathering and alignment.
• Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
• Contributing to a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

 

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in executive reporting, business management, strategic communications, consulting, corporate planning, or similar environments.
• Proven experience preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership, executive committees, or boards.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation development, storylining, and business writing capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Considered an asset:

• Experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or Chief of Staff environments.
• Experience in industrial, energy, metals, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive sectors.
• Exposure to project environments and governance reporting processes.
• Experience supporting senior executives directly.
