About the job

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. 

By joining this role, you ‘ll play a key role in managing client contracts, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional customer service. 

 

Your role will encompass: 

  • Overseeing the order management process, including order entry, tracking, and execution. 
  • Supporting the Sales Manager as the primary contact for clients, providing timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and addressing any operational issues related to orders and shipments. 
  • Coordinating with internal departments (Logistics, Cast House Production, Accounting) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
  • Contributing to the pricing and invoicing process, including assisting with pricing updates, spot price closures, and the application of hedging strategies. 
  • Facilitating the contract management, including document preparation, modifications, approvals, customer follow-ups, entering all data in the CRM systems and assisting with the annual contract renewal process to ensure accurate data entry and alignment of contract terms. 
  • Monitoring stock levels and making recommendations to optimize inventory management and avoid shortages. 
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, claims, and disputes, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Assisting in reporting and financial tracking, including payment monitoring, credit risk assessment, and financial reconciliations. 

 

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in Sales Support or a similar role, preferably within a B2B or industrial environment. 
  • Strong understanding of order management, contract administration, and customer service processes. 
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems for order processing and client management. 
  • Familiarity with pricing structures, invoicing, and financial tracking. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is a plus). 
  • Fluency in English (Italian language skills are a plus). 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and collaborate across departments.
