About the job
We are currently looking for an Design Engineer to join our Technical & Procurment team
Your role will encompass:
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, standards, and company policies across the project/site
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of required reports
- Collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors to enforce HSE practices throughout all project phases
- Maintain and continuously improve the HSE management system in accordance with local legislation and company standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities during inspections or audits
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related Engineering fields
- Possess 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Professional experience with international clients and projects in the Solar Market is desirable
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capable of effectively conveying ideas, facts, and technical information to various levels of management and technical teams
