What you'll do

Key requirements

About the job
We are currently looking for a Public Affairs Officer to join our Corporate Affairs & Communications team in Athens, Greece.
By joining this role, you will be responsible for monitoring policy, political and geopolitical developments, supporting stakeholder engagement initiatives, and contributing to the Group’s public affairs strategy across Greece and international markets.
Your role will encompass
• Monitor political, regulatory, economic, and geopolitical developments across Greece, the EU, and key international markets to provide timely intelligence and insights.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize policy, market, and stakeholder intelligence into reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Support stakeholder mapping activities and coordinate engagement with public authorities, embassies, international organizations, business associations, and other institutional stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing notes, talking points, meeting materials, and follow-up actions to support executive participation in public affairs initiatives and institutional engagements.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of high-level meetings, visits, and external engagements with stakeholders in Greece and abroad.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, policy tracking tools, and internal coordination processes to ensure effective information management and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Public Policy, Political Analysis, Corporate Affairs, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship within European or international institutions, embassies, think tanks, policy consulting firms, or similar organizations will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in an international environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
