The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of CCGT and OCGT power plant projects.
Your role will encompass:
· Participation in meetings with clients and subcontractors to align project objectives and expectations.
· Developing and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
· Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
· Regularly report status of projects, milestones, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
· Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.
What you bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience in managing more than one energy related projects in parallel.
• MSc or MBA will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in English, plus a European language is a bonus.
• Capability to work independently, managing team dynamics and budgets proficiently.
• Previous experience in project management with Power Plants.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve outstanding results.
