About the job
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Chief of Staff Office, based in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading strategic transformation programs focused on operational excellence, cost optimization, innovation, and new business growth. You’ll drive high-impact projects across the organization—ensuring structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Your role will encompass:
- Leading end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement across business units and senior leadership to align transformation efforts.
- Designing and implementing governance frameworks for project accountability and decision-making.
- Managing change initiatives to ensure adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects.
- Conducting structured problem-solving and analysis to develop actionable, high-impact solutions.
- Monitoring performance metrics and incorporating lessons learned into continuous improvement cycles.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven track record in transformation, operational excellence, and cross-functional program delivery.
- Experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
- Comfort navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with business process improvement methodologies is a plus.
