We are currently looking for a Power App Developer to join our IT Service Delivery team part of our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division in our Athens Offices.
Your role will encompass:
- Supporting the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, DataVerse, and SharePoint APIs (REST, CSOM, SPFx), among others.
- Translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and creating analysis documents (e.g., data flow models, user stories, workflows) for stakeholder validation.
- Acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors by providing documentation, clarifications, and insight to ensure smooth communication and project completion.
- Identifying integration opportunities with existing systems to ensure efficient, cost-effective software implementation.
- Delivering maintenance and operational support in line with SLAs, and managing incident/problem resolution.
- Contributing to solution documentation, training materials, vendor proposal processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
What you bring to the role:
- University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline
- A master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in the design & implementation of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, RPAs or other technology solutions
- Experience in solution design and development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences; experienced in facilitation and stakeholder/vendor relationship management.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with strong analytical skills for system analysis, root-cause identification, and issue resolution.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, demonstrating high ethical standards and a strong customer service mindset.
