About the job

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover 12 months) to join our Commercial department in our offices in Athens, Greece

 

Your role will encompass:  

  • Office & Information Management: Oversee correspondence, filing systems, and document organization to ensure smooth daily operations and secure handling of sensitive information

  • Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with attention to detail and efficiency

  • Financial & Administrative Oversight: Process invoices and expense reports, monitor departmental budgets, and support financial tracking and reporting

  • Reporting & Presentation Preparation: Compile data for weekly/monthly reports and create executive summaries and presentations that support decision-making

  

What you bring to the role: 

  • 3+ years proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong inclination in Excel, Power Point and MS Word 

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks

  • Experience in financial institutions and/or relevant corporate departments will be considered an advantage 

  • Knowledge of invoice procedure and expense tracking systems is a plus
