About the job
We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover 12 months) to join our Commercial department in our offices in Athens, Greece.
Your role will encompass:
Office & Information Management: Oversee correspondence, filing systems, and document organization to ensure smooth daily operations and secure handling of sensitive information
Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, with attention to detail and efficiency
Financial & Administrative Oversight: Process invoices and expense reports, monitor departmental budgets, and support financial tracking and reporting
Reporting & Presentation Preparation: Compile data for weekly/monthly reports and create executive summaries and presentations that support decision-making
What you bring to the role:
3+ years proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong inclination in Excel, Power Point and MS Word
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
Experience in financial institutions and/or relevant corporate departments will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of invoice procedure and expense tracking systems is a plus
