What you'll do
- Develop and implement Project Governance and Project Controls procedures and standards
- Manage and monitor the investment project portfolio
- Coordinate Project Reviews, Stage Gates and Portfolio Reviews
- Oversee project scheduling, cost control, forecasting and risk management
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and reports to monitor project performance
- Provide reliable data and analysis to support management decision-making
- Support digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives in project management
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project Governance, Project Controls and Project Management
- Portfolio Management and CAPEX Project Management
- Project Scheduling, Cost Control and Risk Management
- Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel and Reporting Tools
- Dashboard Development and KPI Reporting
- Engineering
