What you'll do

  • Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and configuration records
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, Automation, and IT teams to ensure OT infrastructure availability and improvement

Key requirements

  • 3+ years' experience
  • OT Infrastructure and Level 2 Technical Support
  • Windows Server administration and virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi
  • Cisco networking technologies, Industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP networking, and network troubleshooting
  • Infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Nagios
  • Backup and recovery solutions such as Commvault or Veeam
  • Firewalls, VPN, network segmentation, and secure remote access technologies
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • SCADA and industrial automation platforms like WinCC or Wonderware/AVEVA
  • Microsoft Defender and Sentinel cybersecurity tools
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Automation Engineering / Related field
