About the job
We are currently looking for a O&M Site Engineer to join our Construction team in Amyntaio project.
Your role will encompass:
- · Oversee the day-to-day operation of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance
- · Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of equipment to identify issues promptly
- · Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- · Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in energy systems
- · Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
- · Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) of the site’s energy production
- · Analyze operational data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
- · Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- · Implement and maintain site-specific safety protocols
- · Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and operational changes
- · Prepare and submit reports on equipment status, performance, and maintenance activities
What you bring to the role:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
- · Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, preferably in renewable energy systems (e.g., PV, wind, or energy storage)
- · Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- · Strong knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies
- · Familiarity with monitoring and SCADA systems is an advantage
- · Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- · Excellent communication and organizational skills
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- · Availability to work on-site in Amyntaio
- · A valid driver’s license
