About the job
We are currently looking for Key Account Manager to join our B2B Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division, based in Crete.
By joining this role, you'll play a crucial part in expanding and retaining key customer relationships in Crete. You'll collaborate with MECS teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Your Role Will Encompass:
- Cultivating long-term relationships with major clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Executing account plans and identifying high-value opportunities to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitoring customer needs and market trends to propose tailored solutions and stay ahead of competitors.
- Leading contract negotiations and managing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes.
What You Bring to the Role:
- BSc/MSc in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales with direct customer contact.
- Currently based in Crete or ready to relocate to one of its major cities (Heraklion, Chania, Rethymno).
- Knowledge of the energy supply market and related solutions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
