What you'll do
- Implement the Health & Safety and Environmental Management System for Thermal and Grid projects
- Develop and review HSE documentation, including procedures and instructions
- Participate in and support HSE audits at project sites
- Process and report site HSE data regularly, including CSRD reporting
- Monitor waste management and other environmental processes
- Collaborate with onsite HSE teams and representatives on daily HSE issues
- Monitor non-conformities and HSE deviations and support corrective and preventive actions
- Manage external HSE contractors and consultants
- Deliver and promote HSE training and campaigns for personnel
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- HSE Auditing, HSE Documentation and HSE Data Reporting
- Waste Management and Risk Management
- Non-Conformity Management and Incident Investigation
- HSE Training
- MS Office, Online Platforms and Databases, and Driving
- Engineering
