About the job
We are currently looking for a Foreman to join our MRES-ET team in one of our solar parks in Kilkis.
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Your role will encompass:
Oversee daily construction activities and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
Coordinate workers and subcontractors under the guidance of the site supervisor
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Monitor work quality and report any issues to the site supervisor
Check availability and condition of tools, materials, and equipment
Support task planning and site organization
Communicate clearly with team members and follow instructions from site leadership
What you bring to the role:
Experience in construction, preferably in photovoltaic, mechanical or electrical installations
Ability to understand basic technical drawings and instructions
Organizational and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations
Physical ability to work outdoors
