Αυτή τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Customer Care Agent για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Customer Excellence, η οποία αποτελεί μέρος της Διεύθυνσης Fully Integrated Energy Utility, στα γραφεία μας στην Παιανία.
Με την ένταξή σας σε αυτή τη θέση, θα διαδραματίσετε σημαντικό ρόλο στη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας των πελατών, στην ανάπτυξη μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων και στην παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υποστήριξης που ενισχύει την αφοσίωση των πελατών και την ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας.
Οι αρμοδιότητές σας θα περιλαμβάνουν:
Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων αιτημάτων μέσω όλων των καναλιών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (εισερχόμενες κλήσεις, email, social media).
Καταχώριση όλων των απαραίτητων στοιχείων πελατών στο σύστημα CRM της εταιρείας.
Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών μέσω όλων των σημείων επικοινωνίας, σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
Πραγματοποίηση εξερχόμενων κλήσεων κατά τη διάρκεια του κύκλου ζωής του πελάτη.
Εργασία σε βάρδιες σύμφωνα με το ωράριο λειτουργίας της Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών.
Τι προσφέρετε εσείς στον ρόλο:
Ιδανικά, τουλάχιστον 1 έτος εμπειρίας σε call center· εμπειρία στον Ενεργειακό Τομέα ή στην Παροχή Υπηρεσιών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας.
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, τόσο στον γραπτό όσο και στον προφορικό λόγο.
Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
Καλή γνώση τεχνολογίας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Η/Υ, εφαρμογών λογισμικού και τηλεφωνικών συστημάτων.
