About the job

We are currently looking for a CVM Senior Analyst to join our Customer Value Management Team, part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, in our Paiania offices.

By joining this role, you will play a key role in driving profitable customer growth, customer value optimization, and commercial performance across the energy customer portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring Customer Value, Net Adds, retention, churn, and revenue performance, while identifying and implementing targeted actions that support P&L delivery, revenue growth, and effective budget management.

 

Your Role Will Encompass:

  • Designing, maintaining, and evaluating CVM initiatives that drive Net Adds, cross-selling, retention, and customer value growth.

  • Monitoring customer portfolio performance across key metrics, including Customer Value, CLTV, Net Adds, churn, ARPU, margin contribution, and revenue evolution.

  • Identifying performance gaps and commercial opportunities, recommending and implementing targeted actions to generate incremental revenue and improve portfolio profitability.

  • Supporting P&L performance through the analysis of revenue drivers, cost-to-serve, campaign ROI, budget utilization, and customer segment profitability.

  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring a holistic customer value segmentation model to support targeted commercial strategies and customer lifecycle management.

  • Collaborating with Product, Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure commercial initiatives are aligned with business targets, budget requirements, and customer experience objectives.

  • Preparing business cases, performance reports, forecasts, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, with a clear focus on revenue, margin, Net Adds, customer value, and budget impact.

 

What You Bring to the Role:

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in CVM, CRM, commercial analytics, customer base management, or marketing, preferably within the energy, utilities, telecommunications, or financial services sectors.

  • Strong analytical and commercial background, with experience in customer segmentation, revenue analysis, P&L monitoring, campaign ROI, forecasting, and performance reporting.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Power BI, CRM platforms, campaign management, or statistical/modeling tools will be considered an asset.

  • Solid understanding of customer value levers, including acquisition, retention, churn prevention, upsell, cross-sell, pricing, and loyalty.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into clear commercial recommendations and actionable plans.
