We are currently looking for Alternative Channel Account manager to join our B2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.  

 

By Joining this Role, You'll Play a Crucial Role in supporting and managing relationships with partners, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and alignment with sales goals. You'll equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell products and services, while closely monitoring their performance and providing insights to enhance sales strategies. Your role will involve managing contract negotiations, setting clear partner obligations, and addressing any concerns or conflicts. Additionally, you'll analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements, driving sales growth and market diversification

 

Your Role Will Encompass:

  • Managing relationships with partners, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
  • Equipping partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell products and services.
  • Monitoring partner performance, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve performance.
  • Supporting channel marketing efforts by ensuring timely delivery and placement of materials.
  • Participating in contract negotiations and setting partner terms and obligations.
  • Maintaining strong communication with partners, resolving concerns, and fostering collaboration.
  • Conducting market and competition analysis to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

 

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 2 Years of experience in Indirect Sales or Call Center Supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Performance Management and Negotiation.
  • Excellent skills in Relationship Building and Contract Management.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis, including tools like Excel.
  • Familiar with Sales Analytics and Sales Forecasting Tools.
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges and market trends.
  • Experience with Collaboration and Communication Tools to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
