About the job
Necessary qualifications
- BSc degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security roles (4+ years).
- Knowledge of information security best practices and relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 related security products and services.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).
Desired qualifications
- MSc degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and strategies that align with industry best practices.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting investigations, and managing incident responses.
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and create strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (i.e. GDPR, etc) and other relevant standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure the understanding and adherence to security protocols.
- Coordinate security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans.
- Implement and manage security controls.
- Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes and systems.
- Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
