- Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all safety requirements before carrying out maintenance work
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
- Preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations
- Reading technical instructions, drawings, and maintenance schedules
- Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Operating maintenance tools, testing devices, and equipment safely
- Using building management systems and basic computer applications
- Following Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety policies
- Inventory and requisition management
- Basic carpentry, painting, and minor repair skills
