We are looking for a highly motivated and customer oriented Office Administrator to:

• Reporting (Daily Sales/KPIs) & Files Update

• Customer Support

• General Administration

• Support Country Manager and heads of departments

• Manage customer complains

• Organizing meetings

• Events Management

• Manage sales report file

Job requirements

Required Skills

• Degree in Business Administration or similar

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar role

• Fluency in English

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities as well as multitasking between different requests

• Excellent communication skills & customer service orientation

• Excellent organisational skills.

Systems Skills

• Very Good Knowledge of MS Office including word, excel, power point, Outlook
