What you'll do
- Manage operations across assigned regions and stores and propose process improvements.
- Organize team work, delegate tasks, monitor results, motivate employees and develop their knowledge.
- Define and monitor KPIs and communicate company updates through meetings and store visits.
- Implement company strategy and action plans to improve customer satisfaction and regional processes.
- Provide feedback on operational challenges, sales improvement, ranges, stock, promotions, innovations and deliveries.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across retail stores.
- Monitor store appearance standards, including hygiene, equipment, devices and visual merchandising.
- Improve store processes, financial performance and customer relations.
- Plan and control regional sales targets and costs to support the annual business plan.
- Monitor inventory turnover and propose actions aligned with the business plan.
- Ensure write-offs and deficits comply with defined regional business-plan values.
- Maintain product availability and high service standards to attract and retain consumers.
- Improve customers’ in-store shopping experience.
- Manage employee schedules, absences and transfers between stores and inform the Retail manager.
- Support new and renovated stores and organize opening, renovation and relocation activities.
- Arrange employee training, monitor improvements and provide development feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose appropriate actions.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Regional operations management, retail management and retail and cosmetics market knowledge.
- Team leadership, employee training and employee scheduling.
- KPI management, sales target management and cost management.
- Inventory management and standard operating procedures.
- Visual merchandising and ERP.
- English language and driving.
- Marketing / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
