What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage store merchandise, including deliveries, transfers, returns, stock checks and replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Use product performance knowledge and store commercial opportunities
- Analyze sales and commercial reports and propose improvements
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication and respect
- Train, evaluate and develop employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and help minimize losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse
Key requirements
- Store management, inventory management and Loss Prevention
- Sales and KPI achievement, plus sales and commercial report analysis
- Team management, employee training and development
- Customer service and Visual Merchandising
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
- Organizational skills, time management, MS Office and English
