What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Deliver high-quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage merchandise receipts, transfers, returns, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present promotional campaigns in the store
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and propose improvements
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, develop, and support employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and motivate the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and stockroom
Key requirements
- Store management, inventory management, and Loss Prevention
- Team management, employee training and evaluation
- Sales and KPI achievement; sales and commercial report analysis
- Customer service, Visual Merchandising, and promotional campaign organization
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; time management
- MS Office and English
Benefits
- Gross monthly remuneration of €1,800–€2,000, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a sales-target achievement bonus.
