What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage stock receipts, transfers, returns, inventory checks, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Use product performance knowledge and store commercial areas effectively
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and propose performance improvements
- Lead, motivate, organize, and develop the team through open communication and respect
- Train, evaluate, educate, and support employee development using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and engage the team in minimizing losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse
Key requirements
- Store management, Inventory management, and Loss Prevention
- Sales and KPI achievement, plus sales and commercial report analysis
- Team management, Communication skills, and Organizational skills
- Customer service, Visual Merchandising, and knowledge of fashion trends and competition
- Time management, Health and safety, and MS Office
- English
