What you'll do
- Coordinate the Loss Prevention strategy and action plans across the assigned region
- Visit stores to assess risks, conduct audits, and monitor compliance with Loss Prevention procedures
- Identify and address theft, fraud, inventory, safety, and operational risks
- Investigate incidents using available Security Systems and resources
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and ensure they function properly
- Analyze loss data, identify trends, and recommend preventive actions
- Deliver Loss Prevention training and support policy and procedure implementation
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions and prepare reports
- Develop Loss Prevention Action Plans for stores requiring targeted intervention
- Cooperate with the central Loss Prevention team, other departments, and authorities when required
