As a Controller, you will build and monitor financial budget and trends and collaborate with business stakeholders, providing finance performance analysis for specific brands/customers and new products launches.

You will… 

• Execute, report and follow up budget, financial trends and actuals finance results in line with Group’s standards, guidelines and deadlines.
• Drive data quality & controls on your area of responsibility by leveraging financial systems usage (SAP, BOOST, COMPASS).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders by analyzing division customers/brands finance performance against T/B and/or forecast and propose actions to maintain budgetary objectives.
• Contribute actively to the transformation of Finance function, optimize processes, enhance efficiency and drive financial performance resulting in value creation for the organization.

You have… 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required. MBA/ACCA or equivalent would be a plus. 
• Controlling experience of 3+ years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with strong emphasis on teamwork.
• Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel a must) and agility in finance reporting tools (Compass, Magnitute, SAP, Contacts). 
• Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrix work environment. 
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in professional English.
