A Day in the Life You will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy across all divisions and functions in Greece, driving our talent pipeline and employer brand.

  • Talent Sourcing: Attract diverse, high-potential profiles for all business functions.

  • Business Partnering: Advise hiring managers on strategic talent acquisition.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate journey.

  • Employer Branding: Lead local university partnerships and recruitment events.

We Are Looking For An agile, proactive recruiter ready to drive change and align with L'Oréal's values:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment.

  • Master’s/Post-Graduate degree in Business, HR, or a related field.

  • Highly experienced professional with a minimum of 6-7 years in a related position.

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.

  • Expertise in talent assessment and activating social media trends.

  • A data-driven mindset to optimize hiring processes.

  • Active advocacy for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
