LMW on behalf of its client, a well-established and growing Financial Consulting and Accounting Company, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its Finance team. Key Responsibilities

  • Record accounting entries and process financial documents

  • Maintain and update the fixed assets register

  • Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax declarations

  • Work with ERP systems, primarily SoftOne

  • Liaise with EFKA, AADE, and other public authorities

  • Support customer invoicing and billing procedures

  • Reconcile and review customer invoices and accounting records

  • Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related processes

  • Participate in monthly and annual closing procedures

  • Prepare accounting reports and financial information for the Accounting Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in an accounting firm

  • Good knowledge of the English language, particularly accounting terminology

  • Solid understanding of the Greek accounting framework and accounting cycle

  • Experience with SoftOne ERP

  • Knowledge on VAT reporting/returns, myDATA reconciliations, and short-term rental tax declarations

  • Experience in payroll support will be considered an asset
