What you'll do
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Linux-based production and non-production environments
- Support hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Ansible
- Build, maintain, and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability and monitoring tools
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Perform routine database administration, maintenance, backups, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for reliable and secure service delivery
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Linux system administration
- AWS infrastructure management
- Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration
- GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
- Observability and monitoring tools
- Database operations including maintenance and backups
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python
- Troubleshooting skills
- Communication skills
