What you'll do
- Support Legal Support team in cases related to interest and debt calculation
- Apply legal framework of Law 3259/2004 on Overdue Interest
- Review and analyze banking documents, contracts, account cards, and transaction details
- Perform manual calculations of interests and financial data using primarily Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with Legal Service and external partners to manage and support related cases
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tasks
Key requirements
- Knowledge of article 39 of Law 3259/2004 on Overdue Interest
- Experience in reading and analysis of banking documents and contracts
- Manual calculation of interests and debts using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in banking environment, preferably with Agrarian Bank procedures
- Familiarity with Profits banking system and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Analytical thinking, critical thinking, organizational skills, and time management under strict deadlines
- Communication skills and collaboration skills

Η LMW, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της που δραστηριοποιείται στον χρηματοοικονομικό κλάδο, αναζητά έναν Legal Back Office Officer για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας Legal Support.
Η θέση αφορά σύμβαση εργασίας ορισμένου χρόνου έως τις 31.12.2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Υποστήριξη της ομάδας Legal Support σε υποθέσεις που αφορούν τον υπολογισμό τόκων και οφειλών.
Εφαρμογή του νομοθετικού πλαισίου σχετικά με τον Νόμο Πανωτοκίων (Ν. 3259/2004).
Έλεγχος και ανάλυση τραπεζικών εγγράφων, συμβάσεων, καρτελών λογαριασμών και αναλυτικών κινήσεων.
Διενέργεια χειροκίνητων υπολογισμών τόκων και οικονομικών δεδομένων, αξιοποιώντας κυρίως το Microsoft Excel.
Συνεργασία με τη Νομική Υπηρεσία και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για τη διαχείριση και υποστήριξη σχετικών υποθέσεων.
Διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας, της ποιότητας και της έγκαιρης ολοκλήρωσης των εργασιών.
Requirements
Εξειδικευμένη γνώση του άρθρου 39 του Ν. 3259/2004 (Νόμος Πανωτοκίων) και της εφαρμογής του.
Εμπειρία στην ανάγνωση και ανάλυση τραπεζικών εγγράφων, χειρόγραφων καρτελών και συμβατικών αρχείων.
Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διενέργεια χειροκίνητων υπολογισμών τόκων και οφειλών, ιδανικά σε περιβάλλον Excel.
Προϋπηρεσία σε τραπεζικό περιβάλλον, κατά προτίμηση με γνώση διαδικασιών της πρώην Αγροτικής Τράπεζας.
Εξοικείωση με το τραπεζικό σύστημα Profits.
Πολύ καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στο Excel.
Ισχυρή αναλυτική και κριτική σκέψη.
Οργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση προτεραιοτήτων.
Ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον με αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα.
Πολύ καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας.
