LMW, on behalf of its client, a well-established Greek food manufacturing company with strong market presence and continuous growth in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales development and manage strategic customer accounts.

Our client is a dynamic production company with a long-standing presence in the Greek market, operating modern facilities and offering a diversified food product portfolio. With established partnerships across organized retail and wholesale networks, the company aims to further strengthen its commercial team by hiring an experienced professional who will contribute to sustainable growth and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and further develop existing key accounts

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within retail and wholesale channels

  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate annual agreements and trade terms

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape

  • Implement the company’s commercial and credit policies

  • Track KPIs, sales forecasts and performance against targets

  • Conduct category management and analyze market needs

  • Support strategic planning and contribute to revenue growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred)

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within FMCG, Retail or Wholesale networks

  • Proven experience in:

    • Negotiation and conflict management

    • Market needs analysis

    • Category management

    • Demand forecasting

  • Excellent command of English

  • Availability for business travel
