What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate production and intellectual property agreements with industry professionals
- Advise on copyright, licensing, acquisition and exploitation rights across media platforms
- Ensure chain of title, rights clearance and documentation for productions and acquired content
- Support negotiation and structuring of agreements to protect intellectual property and commercial interests
- Provide legal advice to production teams during development, production and exploitation stages
- Identify and mitigate contractual, copyright and intellectual property risks
- Ensure contractual arrangements safeguard company rights and interests
- Monitor legal and contractual issues related to audiovisual content exploitation
- Liaise with external legal counsel, producers, business partners and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate production contracts, rights documentation and legal records
- Manage multiple agreements, negotiations and priorities to meet deadlines
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Law and Contract Law
- Skills in Contract Drafting, Contract Review and Contract Negotiation
- Experience with Licensing Agreements, Rights Clearance and Audiovisual Production Agreements
- Legal Advisory and Risk Management capabilities
- Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in Greek Language (Legal) and English Language (Legal)
- Law / Intellectual Property Law
