About the job

LMW, on behalf of its client, a dynamic company operating in the maritime technology and marine equipment industry, is seeking an Inside Sales & Spare Parts Coordinator to join its Commercial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and spare parts sales throughout the full commercial cycle, from receiving RFQs and identifying the appropriate parts to quotation, order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming RFQs, customer emails, and telephone inquiries.

  • Identify spare parts accurately using part numbers, parts catalogues, manuals, technical drawings, and product descriptions.

  • Research pricing and availability and prepare accurate commercial quotations.

  • Proactively follow up on quotations and contribute to agreed sales targets.

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders through the ERP system.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end order process, ensuring smooth execution through delivery and invoicing.

  • Monitor purchasing, logistics, forwarding, and shipment activities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM.

  • Work closely with Technical, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.

  • Manage existing customer accounts and support the development of long-term commercial relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, inside sales, or technical parts coordination.

  • Hands-on experience with spare parts identification, part numbers, parts catalogues, parts lists, manuals, and related ordering processes.

  • Previous experience in the marine, industrial equipment, automotive, or other technical spare parts sectors will be highly valued.

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.

  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage multiple RFQs and orders simultaneously with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

  • Strong commercial awareness, customer-oriented mindset, and consistent follow-up.

  • High level of ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage each request through to completion.
