Key requirements

About the job

The Tenant Coordination Senior Associate will report to the Senior Development Manager.

Job Summary:

  • Acknowledge the MEP scope for the entire project, working closely with the Tenant Coordination Team (TCT).

  • Integrate smart technologies and explore innovative solutions as appropriate.

  • Support the TCT Coordinator in all tasks related to the implementation of tenancies within the project.

  • Act as a liaison between Leasing and Development, ensuring commercial agreements and specifications are followed.

  • Assist in the justification and negotiation of ERGOLAVIKO with tenants.

  • Recommend and introduce new commercial options/schemes; generate ‘what if’ scenarios to best fit tenant needs and project specifications.

  • Update ‘Commercial Plans’ based on leasing progress, focusing on MEP-related issues.

  • Align Security Systems, Facility Management, and Waste Management with operational needs.

  • Develop and implement PV panel strategies.

  • Coordinate interfaces with Infrastructure Development relevant to MEP.

In detail, Tenant Coordination Senior Associate MEP, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities to:

  • Support the TCT in liaising with tenants, tenant architects, designers, and consultants.

  • Ensure Tenant Design Guidelines are followed.

  • Review, identify, monitor, and resolve MEP-related issues concerning tenancies and agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records and update “Commercial Plans.”

  • Monitor existing agreements and propose new layouts for incoming tenants.

  • Participate in meetings to support Leasing and discussions with tenants.

  • Record and compile technical information from commercial agreements to be incorporated into design.

  • Track progress of temporary and permanent utility connections for tenants.

  • Alert the team to changes or variations that may impact project outcomes (e.g., delays, amendments).

  • Anticipate risks and advise on appropriate actions.

  • Collaborate with other Lamda departments; participate in coordination meetings, report, and present work progress.

  • Coordinate interfaces with permitting, design, procurement, construction, tenant leasing, operations, and handover.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Relevant certifications based on education and experience.

  • Certification in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in projects (retail, offices, leisure, commercial residential, hospitality).

  • Knowledge of Regulations in Fire Prevention (active systems)

  • Experience in similar roles will be an asset (Coordinator)

Job-Specific & Personal Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit).

  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe.

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).

  • Organizational, analytical, and report-writing skills.

  • Accurate record-keeping.

  • Adaptable to a changing environment; strong communication skills.

  • Team player, willing to contribute beyond own responsibilities.
