What you'll do
- Supervise building infrastructure and facilities of the complex and conduct regular inspections
- Monitor proper operation of electromechanical equipment including electrical installations, HVAC, fire protection, hydraulics, and lifts
- Oversee preventive maintenance of building installations
- Operate Building Management Systems
- Collaborate with external partners for maintenance and technical projects
- Coordinate with security and cleaning companies to maximize performance
- Diagnose and repair faults in electromechanical equipment and infrastructure
- Inspect fire protection systems and participate in fire prevention and emergency teams
- Coordinate incident management actions for uninterrupted operation of the center and stores
- Provide basic technical support to retail stores
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Professional Practice License for electrical technician
- Supervision of building infrastructure and conducting regular inspections
- Monitoring electromechanical equipment including electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, hydraulics, and lifts
- Preventive maintenance of facilities and fault diagnosis and repair
- Building Management Systems operation
- Fire protection systems inspection and incident management coordination
- Technical support for stores
- Communication skills, customer-oriented behavior, and team spirit
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work shifts including weekends
- English language knowledge

O/Η νέος/α συνάδελφος θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τα παρακάτω:
- Εποπτεία του συνόλου των κτηριακών υποδομών και εγκαταστάσεων του συγκροτήματος και διενέργεια τακτικών ελέγχων.
- Παρακολούθηση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού των εγκαταστάσεων (πλήρεις ηλεκτρολογικές εγκαταστάσεις ισχυρών και ασθενών ρευμάτων, συστήματα ψύξης- θέρμανσης, πυρασφάλειας-πυρόσβεσης, υδραυλικά συστήματα και αποχέτευσης, ανυψωτικά μηχανήματα κλπ.).
- Παρακολούθηση της προληπτικής συντήρησης των παραπάνω εγκαταστάσεων.
- Παρακολούθηση και χειρισμός των συστημάτων κτηριακής διαχείρισης του συγκροτήματος (Building Management Systems).
- Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για εργασίες συντήρησης και τεχνικών έργων.
- Συνεργασία µε τις εταιρείες Ασφάλειας και Καθαριότητας του συγκροτήματος, ώστε αυτές να επιτυγχάνουν το μέγιστο αποτέλεσμα
- Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση βλαβών του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και του συνόλου των κτηριακών υποδομών.
- Έλεγχος των εγκαταστάσεων πυροπροστασίας (ενεργητικής και παθητικής) και συμμετοχή στις ομάδες πυροπροστασίας και εκτάκτων αναγκών.
- Συντονισμός ενεργειών για την διαχείριση περιστατικών, με στόχο την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία του Κέντρου, των καταστημάτων του και των χώρων στάθμευσης.
- Παροχή βασικής τεχνικής υποστήριξης στα καταστήματα του Εμπορικού Κέντρου.
Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να πληρούν τα παρακάτω κριτήρια:
Απαιτούμενες Δεξιότητες, Γνώσεις και Εμπειρία:
- Πτυχίο από ΤΕΕ, ΙΕΚ ή ΤΕΙ στην ειδικότητα του ηλεκτρολόγου.
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον τριών (3) ετών σε επιχειρήσεις όπως: πολυτελείς ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες, μεγάλα κτίρια, σύγχρονους χώρους συνάθροισης κοινού (κινηματογράφους, θέατρα κλπ.).
- Άδεια Άσκησης Επαγγέλματος, απαραίτητη.
- Η γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας θα αξιολογηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
- Στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις απαραιτήτως εκπληρωμένες για τους άνδρες υποψήφιους.
Σε προσωπικό επίπεδο, οι ιδανικοί υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική συμπεριφορά.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα.
- Δυνατότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης κι ευελιξία ως προς το ωράριο εργασίας.
