What you'll do
- Support daily activities and strategic initiatives that ensure smooth operation of Commercial Division systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams and external partners on systems and transformation projects.
- Gather business needs and requirements, document functional specifications, and support system enhancements.
- Design, implement and continuously improve operational systems, automation initiatives and business processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, enhance user experience and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain, deliver and optimise CRM, PMS and Document Management systems across Commercial Division functions.
- Conduct user acceptance and system testing.
- Train and support colleagues on business systems and processes.
- Update CRM and PMS records and maintain databases of leads, accounts, partners, opportunities and transactions.
- Extract, analyse and present operational metrics for reporting and performance monitoring.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- CRM/PMS systems and Salesforce
- MS Office Suite
- Business requirements gathering and functional specifications
- Systems implementation, automation and process optimisation
- User acceptance testing and systems training
- Data analysis, data presentation, database management and operational reporting
- Business Administration / Information Technology Engineering / Computer Science / Relevant Field of Study
