To meet current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team a:
Internal Audit Manager
Based at Golden Hall offices
Our new colleague will be reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor and shall work side by side with the Internal Audit team, providing auditing, assurance and consulting services.
In detail, the Internal Audit Manager shall be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate in the planning, execution and reporting of internal audit engagements.
- Is able to monitor, control and evaluate:
a) the application of Company’s Internal Operating Regulation and the Internal Control System, specifically regarding the efficiency and accuracy of financial and non-financial information provided, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the corporate governance code adopted by the Company
b) the quality assurance mechanisms.
c) the corporate governance mechanisms.
d) the adherence to commitments included in the information prospectus and the business plans of the company on the use of funds raised from the regulated market.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s responses.
- Participate in the preparation of reports for the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
- Participate in the evaluation and review of Internal Audit Charter, policies, and procedures.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Accounting or related area of study and postgraduate studies.
- Holder / in the final stage (indicate in the CV number of remaining modules) of acquiring a professional qualification (CIA, COSO Internal Control Framework, or equivalent).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English (proficiency level).
Professional Experience:
- At least 7 years of auditing experience in real estate, development, construction sectors, or similar sectors within an audit firm.
- Good knowledge of IFRS.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Good knowledge of internal audit tools (preferably TeamMate).
- Ability to manage large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suit (i.e. Excel, Outlook etc.).
- Sufficient knowledge of fraud evaluation.
- Sufficient knowledge of key information technology, risks and controls.

- Has fulfilled his military obligations (for male candidates).
