The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the marketing team in shaping and maintaining a strong and cohesive visual identity that aligns with the company’s values, mission, and strategic goals to drive brand growth and recognition.

This role involves working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to understand project objectives and translate ideas into visually compelling designs. With a grasp of branding, marketing, typography, composition, and color schemes, the Graphic Designer will aim to enhance and support the creation of impactful visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms that effectively connect with internal and external stakeholders.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company’s visuals effectively communicate its message and values, driving engagement and enhancing brand perception in the marketplace.

In detail, our new colleague in this position, along with our team members, will:

• Utilize modern graphic design styles, to execute the strategies set forth by the Marketing Director while maintaining ‘brand’ integrity.
• Conceptualize with internal clients, develop and present visual storytelling through infographics, utilize when needed wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes for use in design reviews, create static visuals when necessary.
• Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies / suppliers / service providers, art services, printers, etc. when needed.
• Apply results-oriented, design thinking methodology (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test) Multi-task to complete projects in an organized and timely fashion using deadline-driven work ethic.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following:

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in multimedia or graphic design or related field. Any postgraduate degree will be considered as a strong plus.
• Diploma or certified courses in design, branding, communications, etc. is a strong plus.

  Professional Experience:

• At least 3-5 years in corporate firm or advertising agency work experience in graphic design development, including hands on content creation and implementation in: print design, digital design, various corporate applications, brand applications and PowerPoint presentation development.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite - including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects and Premier – knowledge of Dreamweaver is a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language; any other language will be considered as a plus.
