      Financial Modelling Associate

                                    Based @Ellinikon Offices

The Financial Modelling Associate will be reporting to the Financial Modelling Manager.

Our new colleague in this position, will be dealing with the various CBU construction sites.

In detail, the Financial Modelling Associate shall be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparation and maintenance of business plan models for the CBU Projects.
• Cooperation with Group’s finance & accounting departments to provide analyses & ensure integrity of the Department’s projects’ data.
• Review of Construction sites implementation of CBU Operating Model & instructions.
• Preparation of internal management reports as well as additional ad hoc analyses/reports.
• Support in the Business plan, Budget and Cash flow forecasts preparation.
• Cooperation with CBU departments & construction sites for producing timely financial information, including monthly reports and presentations to the upper management.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• SAP experience would be appreciated.
• A master’s degree will be considered an asset.

Professional Experience:

• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a well-established company in the real estate or construction industry.
• Analytical skills with solid financial analysis, & reporting appraisal track record (Budgeting, planning & forecasting, KPIs etc.).
• Accounting knowledge.
• Advanced user of MS Office with solid Excel experience (spreadsheet connectivity, automation, macros etc.). Power Bi knowledge will be appreciated.
