What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Development Handover team during handover preparation
- Prepare and review buyer documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, certifications, as-built drawings, and utility records
- Develop utility application strategies and support applications, inspections, approvals, and service activation
- Review commissioning, testing, inspections, and MEP system readiness for handover
- Support homeowner inspections, defect resolution, operational readiness, and building-systems transition
- Identify technical risks and outstanding MEP issues, and recommend mitigation measures
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Engineering technical expertise and technical documentation review
- Development handover, project close-out, and construction and project delivery
- MEP systems, building services systems, and utility infrastructure
- Commissioning and testing and utility applications
- Design coordination and technical risk assessment
- Microsoft Office and SAP
- Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering / Business Administration / Management / Any Fieldpreferred
