What you'll do
- Prepare the construction budget
- Prepare the construction schedule
- Develop the project execution plan, method statements and quality plan
- Set up the construction site and organize the site team
- Supervise construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget targets
- Prepare the procurement plan and support procurement processes
- Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate stakeholders, site personnel, equipment and materials
- Complete the project through closeout
- Fulfil statutory supervision responsibilities under building permit requirements
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Construction budgeting, Construction scheduling and Project execution planning
- Construction site management and Subcontractor supervision
- Health and safety compliance and Quality management
- Procurement and tender processes, Change management and Construction contract administration
- Design document coordination and Shop drawing coordination
- Progress reporting and Stakeholder coordination
- Architectural Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
