What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial cooperation agreements, leases, HoTs, renewals, amendments and terminations.
- Advise business teams during tenant negotiations on special terms, liabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate feedback, coordinate documents and facilitate contract execution.
- Advise stakeholders after execution on contractual obligations, compliance and milestones.
- Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation through closure and maintain information flow.
- Monitor legislative changes, prepare memos and inform stakeholders when required.
- Oversee associates and junior associates in their day-to-day tasks.

- 10+ years' experience

- Commercial real estate contracts and Real estate law
- Legal advisory and Business law
- Contract lifecycle management, compliance and execution coordination
- Legislative monitoring and Legal research
- English language and Microsoft Office
