What you'll do
- Participate in managing all export shipments for customer service and pricing
- Cooperate daily with Sales and Logistics departments
- Participate in issuing shipping and customs documents
- Register bookings at transportation companies’ portals
- Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers during shipment process
- Upload transportation expenses into ERP system
- Prepare reports and analyses of transport companies' price lists
- Control and record all shipping costs and analyze shipment data
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Export shipments management and shipping documents issuance
- Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- ERP system usage and preparation of reports and analysis
- MS Office (Excel) proficiency
- Organizational and communication skills
- Maritime Studies / Finance / Logisticspreferred

Job Description:
Participate in the management of all Export shipments, for a proper customer service and proper pricing.
Daily Cooperation with Sales and Logistics dept.
Participation in the issuance of all shipping documents (shipping notes, invoices, credit), customs documents and registration of bookings at transportation companies’ portals
Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers during the whole procedure of the shipment
Uploading of Transportation expenses inside ERP system
Preparation of reports and analysis of transport companies' price lists
Control and recording of all shipping costs in the system, analysis of shipments and data
Skills and experience:
Educational background in Maritime or Financial studies or Logistics
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
Excellent command of the English language,
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
Good organizational and communication skills
