What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate public and international tenders on various platforms
- Review tender documentation, technical specifications, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and validate technical and financial proposals
- Coordinate with R&D for product customization or new solution development
- Liaise with Legal and Finance teams for tender documentation and compliance
- Support tender evaluation phase, provide clarifications, and handle appeals
- Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Maintain communication with agents and branches for international tender submissions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of public and international tenders and public procurement procedures
- Skill in technical specification analysis and tender documentation preparation
- Coordination experience with R&D, Legal, and Finance departments
- Understanding of legal compliance in procurement
- Financial proposal preparation capabilities
- English proficiency and strong project and time management
- Knowledge of marine safety sector
- Communication skills with agents and branches

Identify and evaluate public & international tenders (ESIDIS, KIMDIS, TED/Europe, sector platforms).
Review tender documentation, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and validate technical and financial proposals.
Coordinate with R&D for product customization or development of new solutions (e.g. lifejackets, tactical flotation devices).
Liaise with Legal & Finance teams for tender documentation and compliance.
Support tender evaluation phase, provide clarifications, and handle appeals if required.
Monitor project execution and ensure full compliance with contract terms.
Maintain communication with agents/branches for international tender submissions.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in public and/or international tenders.
Experience in the marine safety / lifesaving equipment sector.
Solid knowledge of public procurement procedures and legal framework.
Strong ability to analyze technical specifications and prepare technical submissions.
Proven experience collaborating with R&D, Legal, and Finance departments.
Excellent command of English (both written & spoken).
Strong project management and time management skills.
