Job Description:
Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with general tasks as needed.
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in updating the company’s Content Management Systems (CMS) by uploading and editing website content (text, images, etc.).
Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Provide administrative and organizational support for internal and external company events.
Conduct basic research and gather information to support reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Collaborate with various teams to collect content requirements and updates.
Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to more complex tasks depending on business needs.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Excellent command of English and Greek (written and oral).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and work proactively.
Adaptability and comfort interacting with a wide range of people and situations.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or PrestaShop, is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
Prior experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
