What you'll do
- Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies
- Coordinate vessel inspections ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery
- Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships
- Oversee credit control ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance
- Expand the maritime portfolio and contribute to elevating safety standards within the industry
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- FSR services management and service coordination
- Maritime industry knowledge and maritime safety standards knowledge
- Communication skills and negotiation skills
- Credit control and compliance tracking
- Time management and organizational skills
- MS Office proficiency and teamwork
- Maritime Studiespreferred
