What you'll do
- Lead and develop Shift Leaders to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Drive warehouse performance across productivity, quality, cost, service, and safety
- Ensure compliance with legal, QSHE, 5S, and company standards
- Support continuous improvement and business development initiatives
- Maintain effective customer relationships and service levels
- Coordinate operational activities and report performance to the Site Manager
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operational standards and warehouse operations management
- Team management and leadership skills
- Advanced MS Office and English language skills
- Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong teamwork
