About the job
As a Software Engineer – RPA Development, you will work closely with our Automation Team and Business Analysts to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline operations and increase productivity across the organization. You will be a key contributor in identifying opportunities for automation, developing robust solutions using UiPath and Python, and ensuring high reliability in production environments. Success is measured by your ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality automations that eliminate manual work and create business value.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement automation opportunities
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions primarily using UiPath
Leverage Python to build complementary components or enhance automation capabilities
Participate in the full automation lifecycle, following Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Document developed automations, workflows, and architecture for knowledge sharing and maintainability
Monitor and maintain bots in production, ensuring performance, stability, and quick incident resolution
Support business teams in onboarding and training related to automation tools and best practices
Your Skills and Experiences
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or automation, with a strong focus on UiPath RPA development
+ Solid understanding of Python and its use in automation scenarios
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
+ Experience with source/version control platforms (e.g., Git, SVN)
+ Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and development practices
+ Good understanding of data structures, APIs, and process optimization
+ Strong problem-solving skills, self-initiative, and a continuous learning mindset
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools is considered a plus
+ UiPath certification is a strong advantage
